The zone's exclusivity and its elegant decor have attracted famous and reputable names. o.d.m. from Hong Kong; CYRIL RATEL from Switzerland; Lafuma from France; Ambrosia Paris from France; Jacob Jensen from the Netherlands; Angel Heart from Japan; DANIEL HECHTER from UAE; Lotto from Italy; and Armand Basi from Spain were among 124 brands from 17 countries & regions who participated in 2008.

In another exciting development in 2009, Brand Name Gallery will be open to the public as well as trade visitors on the last day of the fair. This will give exhibitors access to direct feedback from the market, and the opportunity to expand consumer awareness of your brand.

Last year's fair saw over 17,000 motivated buyers from 99 countries & regions. They came from both established and emerging markets, as well as from the Chinese mainland where demands for branded watches is huge.

Among the buyers in 2008 were Watch Land SA from Argentina; Angus & Coote and Hagemeyer Lifestyle Brands from Australia; Dorotheum GmbH & Co. KG from Austria; Cosmoda Corporation from Canada; Abiste Corporation from Japan; Fashion Timepiece Sdn Bhd and Tai Sang Time Concept Sdn Bhd from Malaysia; El Corte Ingles, S.A. and Frenchy Watch, S.L. from Spain; MZ Berger & Co, Speidel Inc. and Timex from USA.

The Brand Name Gallery is open to companies with original brand watches and timepieces or licensees of brand name items*. Priority will be given to:

  • brands which advertise in consumer-oriented media
  • brands with retail channels in any market

You can take advantage of the parades, which attract plenty of attention during the fair, to have your brand collection displayed by glamorous models.

How to join?
All applicants should submit
(1) an application form;
(2) certificate/document of the registered brand name in Hong Kong;
(3) product catalogue of the exhibiting brands;
(4) copies of the advertisement launched in any consumer-oriented media; and
(5) participation fee by cheque or bankdraft.

*
1. All applicants will be vetted by the Review Panel.
  2. All applicants should provide supporting documents to prove that their brand names have been registered as trade marks in Hong Kong in their names. If the brand names are not registered in the applicants' names, the applicants should provide documents to prove that they have obtained the licences from the Hong Kong trade mark owners to display the brands at the fair.
  3. The organisers reserve the right not to accept an applicant into the Brand Name Gallery if the brand name it intends to display at the fair is the subject of a trade mark application in Hong Kong by another company.
  4. Successful applicant will be allocated a booth. Any additional booth allocation will be subject to availability. The allocation of the booth location will be at the organiser's discretion.
