  Booth Allocation Policy 
 
    A. Booth selection mechanism for ALL exhibitors except those of Salon de TE
  Exhibitors will be invited to booth selection meeting according to the following factors in descending order:
     
  1. Booth Size
    Exhibitors of larger booth size will have booth selection priority over those with smaller booth size.
     
  2. Booth Option
    Exhibitors taking Custom-built Participation will have priority over Deluxe/Premium Booth, while exhibitors taking Deluxe/Premium Booth will have priority over Standard Booth for the same booth size
     
  3. Past Exhibitors have priority in booth selection over new exhibitors.
     
  4. Hong Kong exhibitors have priority in booth selection over non-Hong Kong exhibitors.
     
  5. Open Ballot
    Companies of equal status will undergo an open ballot to determine their booth selection sequence.
     
B. Booth arrangement for PAST exhibitors except those of Salon de TE
     
  1. The following group of past exhibitor is NOT required to attend the Booth Selection Meeting:
> Past exhibitors maintaining the SAME booth size and location
   
  2. The below groups of past exhibitors are required to release their existing booth locations and select new locations by attending the booth selection meeting:
> Past exhibitors requesting to CHANGE their present booth LOCATION WITHIN THE SAME PRODUCT SECTION
   
> Past exhibitors requesting to EXPAND or REDUCE BOOTH SIZE in the same product section
   
> Past exhibitors requesting to DOWNGRADE BOOTH OPTION in the same product section
This is applicable to exhibitors for requesting change in booth options from Custom-built Participation to Deluxe Booth, Premium Booth or Standard Booth, or other changes following the aforementioned downgrading order.
   
> Exhibitors requesting to RELOCATE their booths to OTHER PRODUCT SECTION
Exhibitors have to submit evidence or documentation (e.g. product catalogue, advertisements, brochures, etc) to show their exhibits fit into the new product section. Changes in product section are subject to the decision and written approval of the Organiser.
   
> The Organiser reserves the right to relocate an entire product section to a new location in order to enhance the overall attractiveness of the event to the buyers. If the location occupied by your company in the last event would then become part of the relocated section, you will be required to release your previous location and attend the Booth Selection Meeting to select a new location.

Important Remarks
1. HKTDC HK Watch & Clock Fair 2023 is divided into different product theme zones and exhibitor's display on its stand must incorporate at least 60% of its display area exhibiting the appropriate products corresponding to the product theme zone specified. The Organiser reserves the right to relocate the booth to the relevant product section. Please refer to the specific product categories in “Select Product Listing” page.
2. Although past exhibitors normally enjoy priority to continue exhibiting, whether an application will be accepted depends on a number of factors, e.g. whether an exhibitor has breached any fair regulations in the previous years. Applications submitted after the application deadline will have lower priority and will be admitted subject to space availability.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to decline any application should the applicants are not eligible to exhibit at the Exhibition pursuant to the Terms of Application and Exhibition Rules & Regulations.
4. A Letter of Confirmation issued by the Organiser is needed to confirm any Booth Location/ Size/ Product Section. No refund will be made to the exhibitor after the confirmation letter is issued.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to relocate an entire product section to a new location in order to enhance the overall attractiveness of the event to the buyers. If the location occupied by your company in the last event would then become part of the relocated section, you will be required to release your previous location and attend the Booth Selection Meeting to select a new location.
6. All booth size/ location requests are subject to space availability and the Organiser’s discretion
 
     
 
Salon de TE
   
  Salon de TE is dedicated to companies with original brands or licensees of brand names. Exhibitors will need to submit the following materials in support of their application:
     
  · Brand name registration or licence agreement
  · Brand origin
 
·
Number of retail outlets and their locations in terms of country
  · Copies of advertisement
  · Retail price range of the main product line
     
  Booth Selection Mechanism for Salon de TE exhibitors
  The below factors will be taken into consideration in determining the booth location:
     
  1) Booth Size
Exhibitors of larger booth size will have booth selection priority over those with smaller booth size.
  2) Booth Option
Exhibitors taking Custom-built Participation will have priority over Deluxe Booth for the same booth size
  3) Consecutive Participation History
For companies of the same booth size and option, their consecutive participation in the last five years at Salon de TE / Brand Name Gallery will be accounted. Companies with a longer consecutive participation in the last five years will have priority to choose their booth locations.
  4) Hong Kong exhibitors have priority in booth selection over non-Hong Kong exhibitors.
  5) Open Ballot
Companies of equal status will undergo an open ballot to determine their booth selection sequence.

Important Remarks

1. Exhibitor's display on its stand must incorporate at least 60% of its display area exhibiting the appropriate products and Brand Name corresponding to Salon de TE. The Organiser reserves the right to relocate the booth to the relevant product section.
2. All applications will be vetted by the Selection Committee. The Organiser reserves full discretion in accepting and selecting applicants for participation. The Organiser shall inform successful applicants in June 2023.
3. Applicant should provide supporting documents to prove that the company has the licence of the brand in Hong Kong; otherwise, a letter of no objection by the licensor should be presented.
4. The minimum of space requirement for Custom-built Participation option is 36 sqm.
5. Successful applicant will be allocated a booth. Additional booths allocation will be subject to availability.
6. Deluxe booth exhibitors are not allowed to make any alterations to the overall appearance and structure of the booth.
7. Although TE 2019 & 2022 exhibitors normally enjoy priority to continue exhibiting, whether an application will be accepted depends on a number of factors, e.g. whether an exhibitor has breached any fair regulations in the previous years. Applications submitted after the application deadline will have lower priority and will be admitted subject to space availability.
